How to find a Roblox game ID
Every Roblox experience has a numeric ID that appears in its URL. Open the game page and look at the address bar:
roblox.com/games/2753915549/Blox-Fruits— the place ID is 2753915549.- On mobile, tap Share on the experience and copy the link — it contains the same number.
- In the Roblox app you can also open the game, press the menu, and use Copy link.
Paste either the number or the full link above. This lookup accepts place IDs and universe IDs, and resolves whichever you give it.
Place ID vs universe ID
A place ID points at a single playable place — that's the number in the URL. A universe ID points at the whole experience that place belongs to, and it's the ID Roblox's own stats endpoints use. Player counts, votes and visits are tracked per universe, which is why some tools ask for one and some for the other.
Why a lookup can come back empty
- The game was deleted or moderated — Roblox stops serving its data.
- The game is private or unlisted, so the public endpoints return nothing.
- The number is a user ID, group ID or asset ID rather than a game ID. Those live in different URL paths (
/users/,/groups/,/catalog/).
